Yes. We follow provincial regulations in Canada and applicable NHS and UK standards. Documentation is maintained and auditable.

For temporary and contract roles, Mimak Services is the employer of record. We manage payroll, statutory deductions, vacation pay, and benefits eligibility where applicable.

Workers submit hours through our secure online portal. Your designated approver reviews and authorizes timesheets according to your internal process.

We process payroll in line with local legislation and the agreed assignment terms. Overtime and holiday rates follow the contract and applicable laws.

If a permanent placement ends within the guarantee window, we will provide a replacement search at no additional fee. For temporary roles we can replace workers promptly when notified.

Temporary rates include pay, statutory costs, and our service charge. Permanent recruitment uses a success-based fee calculated on starting compensation. All terms are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Log in to the candidate portal or contact your recruiter to update availability, preferred locations, shift patterns, and contact information.

Mimak Services generally places candidates who already have the legal right to work in the country of the assignment. Sponsorship is not typically available.

Yes. If you refer a candidate who is successfully placed, you may be eligible for a referral bonus. Ask your recruiter for current program details and conditions.

Notify your on-site supervisor and your Mimak Services recruiter immediately. Timely communication helps us support you and the client team.

Your Mimak Services recruiter remains your primary contact. For day-to-day matters on site, follow the direction of your assignment supervisor. Escalate any concerns to your recruiter promptly.

Your safety is our priority. Report concerns to your on-site supervisor and to your recruiter right away. For urgent issues, follow the client’s emergency procedures and notify us as soon as it is safe to do so.
